傳統(tǒng)橋架層式構(gòu)造，由于犬牙交錯，山東電纜橋架的較高，與電纜夾層頂部空間狹小，維護(hù)巡檢人員難以從橋架上經(jīng)過，給日常巡檢帶來了諸多方便。優(yōu)化后的橋架別離式布局構(gòu)造，空間上無效別離，巡檢人員可從吊架下方自在經(jīng)過，其中壓橋架“豐”字形架橋較傳統(tǒng)層架式構(gòu)造更易于察看，從而使夾層內(nèi)電纜巡檢更爲(wèi)便當(dāng)。

開放式橋架便于在機房內(nèi)運用。由于所亭機房在晉級擴建時，其線纜挪動、增減和變卦繁瑣，若采用傳統(tǒng)線槽，兩個橋架銜接處，每個接口多需添加8顆接口銜接螺栓，甚更多，晉級改造困難，同時對既有設(shè)備影響較大，不利于平安運營維護(hù)。
